No, cosmetic products do not require an expiration date. They are fine to use indefinitely.

    I live in the US, I had like 3.5 months left on my psropsat, and they let me board, I had to sign a waiver or something not holding them responsible. Depends on the airlines, I was flying on EVA Air. I had a great trip without any hassle. If you have time, I would get it renewed to minimize the possibility of problems.
